Country Online Marketing Manager - HOLLAND


GLAS is one of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands. Founded in 2018 our mission is to create a new category for reading glasses as a fashionable accessory.


In this role you will act as an owner / entrepreneur in residence to drive the international expansion and online presence of Glas for Germany.

Your focus will be on closing prominent celebrities/influencers in the market and to work with content creation and online marketing strategies/execution.


  • Social Partnerships (50%) - source and close partnerships with prominent influencers / celebrities in DE. This includes; develop, follow up, analyze and evaluate the results of all the collaborations. Use data-driven tactics to measure and analyze performance, in order to strategically target our audience group.
  • Content (20%) - manage / create local content for DE, work with new product releases in the market in order to create a hype
  • Facebook (10%) - improve local ads, performance responsibility
  • CRM (10%) - create local emails, newsletters and content pieces
  • PR (10%) - create a buzz in DE with local papers, magazines, blogs about Glas as a brand


  • Entrepreneurial mindset (get things done) with strong sales skills (ABC)
  • Passionate about content marketing and e-commerce
  • Preferred experience: Account Manager (1-2 yrs) or Investment Banking/Management Consulting (1-2 yrs)
  • Perfect Knowledge and understanding of the German market, landscape and culture
  • Ability to work autonomously, methodically and structured with an attention for details
  • Ambitious, result-driven and willing to work hard
  • Educational background within marketing, sales, communication or similar
  • Written and verbal communication skills in German and English
